Focus On Banking was established in 2000 by a team of former senior bankers with many years of experience advising and working with companies, professional firms and public sector organisations.
We only specialise in advising clients on their UK banking, merchant acquiring, income collection and cash management arrangements. The advice we provide is totally impartial as we are entirely independent of banks and other bodies/organisations.

All of our work is tailored to individual clients' needs. Our projects for Companies are however typically either based around a review/benchmark of banking and/or merchant acquiring arrangement or assistance with a tender process.
Our work for professional firms is bespoke to individual clients' needs but focuses on benchmarking banking and cash management arrangements to peer firms and the wider market place.
We work with charities helping them reduce costs in their banking, merchant acquiring and income collection arrangements. We can either assist with a tender process or review existing contracts to enable improved terms to be negotiated.
With our understanding of Public Sector Procurement rules, we are able to provide specialist advice in respect of tendering and extending banking and merchant acquiring contracts. We also advise on contracts for the collection of payments over Post Office and PayPoint counters.
Our work with housing associations typically focuses on identifying cost savings in rent/income collection arrangements (e.g. Post Office/PayPoint counters, Direct Debit collections, credit/debit card collections).
We work with Universities helping them reduce costs in their banking, merchant acquiring and international payments contracts. We can either assist with a tender process or we can review existing contracts to enable improved terms to be negotiated.
